I had a plex pass previously this used to work great even on some of the same files that give me issues today! I tried today reproduce it on my local PC (where the server is installed) and it too has the same issue with anything over 720p in seemingly any codec. The problems started on my Roku 2 probably about a year ago. Check your network or try a lower quality. Your connection to the server is not fast enough to stream this video.
